WILL CALL POLICY

Capital Sheet Metal is concerned for the safety of our valued customers, we are more than happy to offer will calls per the policy below. Please review the following and share with your personnel and or your customers. We always appreciate your business and encourage safe practices.

1. Customer Will Calls are by appointment only.

2. All Customers must check in prior to entering CSM Property.

3. Appropriate vehicles must be used for transporting material e.g. Flat Bed Truck, Pick Up truck ladder rack only, no tailgate loading. Passenger Cars will not be allowed.

4. Capital will not overload any truck per DOT rules.

5. Capital will not hand load any order.

6. Driver must be an employee of the Distributor or the licensed roofing contractor, No exceptions please.

7. No one under the age of 18 allowed on CSM property.

8. Hours 8 am. To 3 pm. Monday – Thursday 8 am. To 1 pm. on Friday.

9. Stock items must be in standard pack/qty’s e.g. lineal =100 pcs/bdl.
We will accommodate broken bundles depending on inventory on hand, Prior confirmation required.

10. Orders not picked up within 3 business days of completion will be invoiced in full.

All CSM Customers must ensure that their deliveries meet the following standards.

1. $5,000 minimum with a material blend of 70% Lineal - 30% Accessories

2. No Jobsite Deliveries. Deliveries to established yards are always more efficient than an unknown jobsite.

3. We aim to deliver within a 4 hour window; exact time appointments are not possible.

4. All deliveries will be made during normal business hours 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

5. All receiving locations must be able to safely accommodate our trucks e.g., Tractor Trailer (48 ft. min.)

6. All receiving locations must have appropriate offloading equipment with 5,000 lbs. capacity, standard vertical forklift or Moffett lifts. Hand off-loading or skid steer loaders are not acceptable for safety and efficiency.

7. Be ready! Excessive stand-by time may be charged at a rate of $50.00 per 15-minute increment.With your commitment, all deliveries should take no more than 45 minutes.

CSM Warranty

1. There is a 10-year warranty on installed stick metal items.
2. Assembled items must be inspected by a representative of Capital Sheetmetal to verify no installation damage, alterations, or shipping damage.
