Capital Sheet Metal Is a manufacturer of sheet metal components for the professional roofing contractor sold through distribution, CSM products include metal trims and flashings, W-Valley, roof ventilation and a variety of accessories items. We produce all our products to meet and or exceed industry standards. Product integrity is at the core of everything we do.
Founded in 2005, a former subsidiary of one of the largest tract roofing contractors in Southern California Capital gained firsthand real-world experience of suppling their sister company in the very competitive high-volume high demand tract roofing industry.
In 2010 Capital Sheet Metal entered the roofing distribution channel exclusively, armed with a full understanding of the contractor's product needs and our distributor partners goals, our focus became to surpass what was considered standard in the sheet metal industry, Suppling Quality Products at Competitive Pricing Coupled with Unsurpassed Service.
Today we have built a reputation as one of the leading Sheetmetal manufacturers in the west, servicing CA, AZ, NV, UT, NM, and Idaho. Headquartered on 2-1/2 acres in Lake Elsinore, California along with our recent expansion into Caldwell, Idaho provides an enhanced service footprint for our valued customers. CSM’s attention to detail from order processing through production coupled with a large raw and finished goods inventory gives CSM the ability to provide the shortest lead times in the industry today, we ship 100% on time and complete on our company owned fleet of specially equipped vehicles. Our knowledgeable staff is always available to assist our valued customers.

Rick Twamley
Founder/Owner
A lifetime of home building knowledge - Rick’s career began as a general contractor developing property and building custom homes alongside his father, he then moved over to take on executive roles for some of our nation’s largest home builders. A true entrepreneur at heart, Rick went on to build one of the largest tract roofing businesses in So. Cal. After exiting his roofing business in 2009 Rick then focused 100% on the already established CSM entity, building upon his core value of providing a quality product at a fair price with outstanding service while maintaining the highest level of integrity in all that we do. Rick's hands on approach has created a “do it right the first time” culture that CSM employees embrace at every level.
His years of experience in all facets of our business provide Capital Sheet Metal with a unique and valuable insight that cannot be duplicated. When Rick isn’t at the office you may find him somewhere south of the border fishing alongside his son on his beloved BullRider Sport fisher.
Roy Tomkinson
Sales Manager
Roy's career spans over 20 years in the sheet metal industry. A service oriented, knowledgeable professional who understands and values our customers. Throughout his career Roy has taken on various roles in the sheet metal business, from installer to VP of sales.
Roy has been a member of the Capital Team since June 2016.

Trent is responsible for sales in a variety of markets. Trent has been involved with Capital from an early age as the son of founder and owner Rick Twamley. As a competitive Golfer in his spare time Trent brings with him a competitive spirit.
Trent’s can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for our customers exemplifies that spirit.

As Production Foreman, Luis oversees most all activities associated with production including the shipping of our products. Luis is a veteran of the trade and has been part of the CSM team for over 17 years, his loyalty and commitment to our customers are second to none.
We have a saying around CSM, if you can draw it on a piece of paper there is a good chance that Luis can produce it!!!

Kyle’s previous role as our Caldwell Idaho plant manager brings unique value to the table, his extensive knowledge of our products and manufacturing capabilities is an asset to our valued customers.
Kyle’s personal approach coupled with his manufacturing background provides the foundation for outstanding customer success.
Gustavo Chavez
Plant Manager - Caldwell, Idaho Facility
Gustavo comes to us with 10 years of well-versed Industry experience, working his way up from machine operator to various leading roles at his previous employer, his hands on experience and dedication producing quality products while delivering outstanding service is not only consistent with our goals but an asset to our valued customer.
Gustavo is married with two children, when not on the job he enjoys spending quality time with his family.
Gustav Wuelfing (TJ)
Pacific Northwest Sales and Service
Gustav aka TJ comes to us with numerous years of practical construction experience providing the groundwork for a career in the Sheet Metal industry. With 35 years in the sheet metal manufacturing segment, TJ learned from the ground up from machine operator to operation manager, purchasing and various inside and outside sales roles.
His extensive product knowledge and background provide a valuable resource for our customers. A true native of the PNW TJ and his wife reside in Kent, WA and enjoy being outside either on the Golf Course in the Garden or spending time with their children and grandchildren.
Ken O’Brien
Sales and Service – S. California, AZ, Las Vegas, W.Texas
Ken brings a well-rounded depth of industry knowledge to our team, with experience spanning business ownership, roofing distribution sales, and most recently, roofing contractor sales. His broad practical background positions him to support customer success and deliver meaningful value to our partners across the region.
